Exchange 2010 No Connection error on Shared Calendar
Outlook Calendar No Connection. I noticed that it rebuilt everything since all shared email boxes are stored in the ost. Please try to check this issue via using outlook web app to see whether they can access calendar without any issue.
Web users are using outlook 2010 including shared calendars and after a while shared calendars start to show no connection status and users can't reach. Try to troubleshoot those affect users.
